Food trucks are still rolling in the Antelope Valley this fall, even though the big summer truck nights have wrapped.

The quick answer: Palmdale's Wednesday truck night at the Auto Mall, Thursday nights at The BLVD Market in Lancaster through Oct. 29 and the live Hot Spots map on Food Truck Finder are your best bets right now.

Here is where to look in Lancaster, Palmdale and Quartz Hill, which events are on break, and how to tell a truck is permitted before you order.

Where can I find food trucks in the Antelope Valley this fall?

Wednesdays at the Trucks brings a lineup of trucks to the Palmdale Auto Mall, 39050 Carriage Way, on Wednesdays from 4 to 9 p.m.

The City of Palmdale has listed it as a weekly event since at least January, but check the city's events calendar before you go, since fall schedules can shift.

On Thursdays through Oct. 29, The BLVD Market runs from 4 to 9 p.m. along Lancaster Boulevard between Fern and Ehrlich avenues, a good pairing with dinner downtown.

Some local breweries also host food trucks, so their event calendars are worth a look before you head out.

Which food truck nights are over for 2026?

Lancaster's Monday Night Bites ran Mondays from May through September at Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park, 43063 10th St. W.

Palmdale's Yellen Night Bites filled Sam Yellen Park, 5100 E. Ave. S, on Wednesday evenings from July 1 to Sept. 16.

In Quartz Hill, Family Night Bites brought trucks, live music and games to George Lane Park, 5520 W. Ave. L8, on Tuesdays from 4 to 8:30 p.m. and wrapped for the season on Sept. 29.

All three are seasonal, so watch the Lancaster, Palmdale and Quartz Hill event listings for next year's dates.

Mark your calendar for the Antelope Valley Taco Festival too: organizers have set June 5, 2027, for the next one.

How do I find a food truck near me today?

Trucks move every day, which is why a fixed list goes stale fast, especially in the off-season.

The Hot Spots map on AV Food Truck Finder lets trucks post where they will be and when, and a stop lights up as live once its time window starts.

If a truck hops from one lot at lunch to another at dinner, you will see both stops with their times.

Following your favorite trucks on social media is the other reliable way to catch a last-minute location change.

How can I tell if a food truck is permitted?

Los Angeles County Public Health permits and inspects mobile food facilities across the county, including Lancaster, Palmdale and Quartz Hill.

Look on the outside of the truck for two things: a letter grade and a county certification sticker showing it is a permitted food facility.

To report a problem, call the county's Mobile Food Program at (626) 430-5500 or email ehvip@ph.lacounty.gov with the location, day and time.

Do you run a food truck?

Listing on AV Food Truck Finder is free, and you can post as many stops a day as you make so customers can follow you around the valley.
