Food Trucks in Palmdale: Where to Find Them This Fall |
A brewery with a different truck almost every night, a weekly truck night at the Auto Mall, and how to track trucks that move every day |

Palmdale's big summer truck night, Yellen Night Bites, wrapped up its season in mid-September.
But food trucks are still easy to find in Palmdale this fall, if you know where to look.
Here's where trucks are parking now, and how to check before you drive.
A different truck almost every night at Lucky Luke Brewing
Lucky Luke Brewing's Palmdale taproom, at 610 W. Avenue O, Suite 104, books a food truck nearly every day and posts the lineup on its events calendar.
The October schedule shows a regular weeknight rotation: Weary Bones Butter Burgers on Mondays, La Tropa Loca on Tuesdays and Infernal Tacos on Wednesdays.
Later in the week the mix changes, with pizza, sushi, smash burgers and Thai street food on the calendar, plus Mexican antojitos on Sundays.
Weeknight trucks usually start between 4 and 5:30 p.m. and serve until about 8:30 to 10:30 p.m., depending on the truck. Sunday service starts earlier, around 2 p.m.
The taproom sometimes closes for private events, as it will on Saturday, Oct. 24, so check the calendar before you go.
Wednesdays at the Trucks at the Palmdale Auto Mall
Wednesdays at the Trucks is listed at the Palmdale Auto Mall, 39050 Carriage Way, from 4 to 9 p.m. every Wednesday.
The listing doesn't name the trucks, and we haven't confirmed a current lineup, so check the event page before heading out.
The summer truck nights return next year
Yellen Night Bites ended its 2026 season on Sept. 16.
Lancaster's Monday Night Bites and Quartz Hill's Family Night Bites are also on break until next season. We'll post the 2027 dates as soon as they're announced. Our fall guide to AV food trucks has the full rundown.
If you don't mind a short drive, The BLVD Market in downtown Lancaster runs Thursdays from 4 to 9 p.m. through Oct. 29.
How to find a truck today
Food trucks move, sometimes several times a day, and a spot that was busy last week may be empty tonight.
The AV Food Truck Finder Hot Spots map shows each listed truck's scheduled stops, and it lights up when a truck is open at its location.
Following a favorite truck on Instagram or Facebook is the next-best way to catch last-minute changes, sell-outs and new stops.
Check the grade before you order
Food trucks in Palmdale are permitted and inspected by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
A permitted truck should display a county permit sticker and a posted letter grade. If you can't find them, that's worth asking about before you order.
